By changing the Design Specification we can minimized the backlash on our standardized type Screw Jack. However if you need a Screw Jack with backlash under 0.05mm differential we recommend you to kindly review our Anti Backlash Type.

If the Screw Jack is used under compressive load jack shaft it self can be bent.


As for the buckling load it would depend on supporting method of shaft end. There for please kindly see our catalogue graph and check for point of intersection for axis of ordinate(Load Weight) and horizontal spindle (Shaft Length). You can choose any product above intersection of axis.
If the Jack is used with tensile load there is no issue of buckling load.  

From 100kg~1ton can be used with our smaller sized screw jack, however with our Worm, Ball Screw Jack the are used for weight from 1ton ~ 225ton. Incase of needing anything over 225ton product can be specially designed from our engineering department on special based order.
